I’m intoxicated by the scent (bourbon vanilla?!) of john masters organics, blood orange and vanilla body milk. There’s something about heavenly scent that can cut through negative vibes. It’s almost like putting up a shield from the negative intrusion. If only the scent lasted more than a half hour!
I’m getting more into Astronomy. I’m not sure what planets or fixed stars I was looking at tonight but along with the Moon, I felt a sense of calm as they washed over me. Breath-taking, calming, powerful… Check out Earth Sky sky gazing for information.
Now let me play you a song from one of my favourite artists, a Darwin lover who admirably named one of his albums Science! I’m a skeptic too and into science but not to the exclusion of spirit. Yet, I get why Thomas needed science to help stabilize what was going on in his world at the time. I’m also not for scam artists. I don’t sell or tell what I can’t prove with my own research and experiences. If I do, I call it theory.
And I tell you Thomas, when I look up at the sky I feel anything but real — it’s magic, magical.
If you’re in Toronto, consider an alternative mall experience. Carrot Common Mall:
1. Relax at Big Carrot Dispensary. Try out the large number of lotion testers for a shot of aromatherapy.
2. Go find a gem of a book at Book City!
3. Then head over to the Organic Juice Bar and enjoy your reading material or do some people watching at the window bar. The monthly specials are very neat. I had a GABBA & Matche Green Latte “Clear and Calm” tea… it did the job!
4. Hop over to Gifts from the Earth and soak in the smells, energy, and metaphysical goodness.
5. If it’s a nice day, take a seat in the courtyard and listen to the birds sing and/or do some organic and healthy shopping at The Big Carrot. As much as I love the store, I don’t like the cafe there. The servers don’t seem to enjoy their work and the food isn’t especially yummy. That’s my opinion. YMMV. I do pick up the fresh baked cookies wrapped in plastic. They’re yummy!
